#FrenchGP | Gabriel Rodrigo opens the day!
Great start for Gabriel Rodrigo, who puts his bike ahead of everyone in the first session of free practice
Gabriel Rodrigo leads the way during the first session of free practice at Le Mans thanks to a lap that let him be the only rider able to ride under the 1.43. The Argentinian from team Gresini has so a good start of the weekend.
Behind him we have Tony Arbolino and Lorenzo Dalla Porta, far from just one tenth of a second; both of them want to redeem theirselves after an unlucky race in Jerez in which they did not get what they expected. The Italian from Leopard crashed too during the session but It did not affect his performance.

4th and 5th position for Masaki and Tatsuki Suzuki, not too far from the top; the Japanese from team Sic58 seems to be in a really good shape after his first podium of career in Spain and wants to repeat that result in France.
Marcos Ramirez, Vicente Perez and Dennis Foggia are in just one tenth of a second, with a gap of three tenths of a second from Rodrigo; the first one surely wants to do a great race after the crash he had in Jerez due to a contact while he was fighting for victory.
Top 10 also for Ai Ogura and Raul Fernandez, while Alonso Lopez, Jakub Kornfeil, John McPhee and Sergio Garcia are actually in Q2.
Out of 14 for the moment Migno, Masia, Canet, Fenati, last GP winner Niccolò Antonelli (who crashed out and lost half of a session) and last GP podium finisher Vietti.
