Tom Luthi leads the way during the last session of the day for Moto2 with a great lap; the Swiss performed a 1.43.353 which put him ahead of everyone.

Sam Lowes is 2nd, being 0.092s slower than the best performance, followed by a consistend Remy Gardner; the Australian wants his first podium of career after missing it for just 0.002s during the first race of the season.

In 4th we have Augusto Fernandez, just one tenth of a second slower than Luthi, ahead of Nicolò Bulega, best rookie today, and FP1 leader Luca Marini.

Championship leader Lorenzo Baldassarri is 7th with a gap of two tenths of a second from Luthi, followed by Jorge Navarro and Jorge Martin, really close to him.

Marcel Schrotter is 10th, with Iker Lecuona and Bo Bendsneyder behind him. 

Brad Binder and Simone Corsi get for the moment last two places to get the direct access into Q2.

Today's lap times could be crucial as long as rain could affect Saturday's sessions.
