Lots of fans were waiting outside the gates to spot their idols, and some were lucky enough: from Sebastian Vettel on his bike, to Robert Kubica or Fernando Alonso, but what else happened in the Paddock?

Lewis Hamilton, one of several drivers who lives in Monte Carlo, decided on Thursday to avoid traffic and get to the Mercedes garage with his motorcycle, literally.

The Briton managed to finish respectively 3^rd and 4^th in FP1 and 2; it feels like Sebastian Vettel isn’t the only one for him to fear, as Daniel Ricciardo topped both Thursday sessions.

On Wednesday the press room welcomed a new boyband, the “Sunglasses boys”; a day later, the media faced Toto Wolff, Christian Horner, Zak Brown and Frederic Vasseur and they all mentioned a meeting, which is going to happen on Friday morning, with Liberty Media. The new F1 owner is making several changes to the sport, some good, some bad, and there is some apprehension about decisions that can drastically change the sport.

Meanwhile, Flavio Briatore was seen around the Paddock. The Italian business man is a frequent guest in the F1 Paddock, but specifically he was seen in the Mercedes Hospitality. It is well known how close are Briatore and Fernando Alonso; maybe the Spaniard is starting to look somewhere else outside McLaren?

Another Spaniard was seen in his old environment: shortly after lunch time, Carlos Sainz sat in the Red Bull Energy Station and he was talking with… Helmut Marko! Is something already moving for the Silly Season? We asked him if he feels at home in the energy drinks' hospitality, but he denied every suggestion with a no.

The greatest Thursday appearance was made by a Finn. And his son.

Nico Rosberg first waved to the fans, then tried the W09 seat, just get used again to a F1 car, before getting ready to drive on track with his father Keke Rosberg. Both World Champions share the record of being the only father and son to have won the Monaco Grand Prix.

Renault brought some fun too on Friday, with Carlos Sainz, Nico Hulkenberg and Alain Prost all driving a RS01 around the circuit.

As we all know, today there was no Formula 1 action, but the track was full of fights as the F2 race took place, as well as Formula Renault.

The real action, on Friday, is not on track, but in the Pit Lane: despite having no action scheduled, every team keeps working hard in the garages. Fans could spot cars and some components, as well as pit stop practices. Drivers made some appearances too, signing autographs and taking selfie. The hardest job for them, today, is in the Albert Lounge for the traditional charity runway show which is held every year in Monaco.

There one thing that never stops in Monaco: party time, and we’re not talking about Hamilton’s. Monaco’s road are open to fans and traffic shortly after the official sessions. As soon as the roar engine shuts down, the music is turned up and lots of parties are held all around the circuit. This may not be the funniest Grand Prix on track, but it surely is for the fans: the party never stops.
