Not just the record of being both World Champions, Keke and Nico Rosberg shares the record of being both winners in one of the most prestigious Grand Prix in Formula 1: the Monaco Grand Prix.

To celebrate, shortly after the end of Free Practice 1, both World Champions hit the track once again, and together for the first time. The 2016 title holder drove his winning Mercedes W07, while his father drove the Williams FW07C, the car which brought him the title back in 1982, with just one victory during the entire season.

A great combination of talents and records have delighted the audience in Monaco; an emotional run, considering that Keke has not been behind the F1 wheel for 8 years. The last time he drove his winning Williams was 36 years ago.

It was a pretty emotional one for Nico too, after his Formula E test in Berlin. The German firstly got into the new W08, as seen on screen during FP1, and the surprise on his face told everything. Nico quit F1 after winning the World title in 2016, after an exhausting mental and physical battle against his team mate Lewis Hamilton.

Father and son shared a hug on the finish line, in front of several journalists and Mrs. Rosberg.
