Maverick Viñales tops the last day of testing in Qatar. The Spaniard ended the day 3 of testing with a 1.54.208, being the fastest one.
Great performance again from the Petronas Yamaha rookie Fabio Quartararo, who ended the testing day with a 2nd place, just two tenths of a second slower than the best performance.
On HRC Honda side, both Marc Marquez and Jorge Lorenzo are feeling better with their bodies and they have been able to end the day 3 of testing in 3rd and 5th position, being both just four tenths of a second slower than Vinales.
Between them we have Valentino Rossi, who had a better day, after a tough Sunday, when he ended in 19th. The nine time world champion did a 1.54.551, just 0.002s faster than Lorenzo.
6th time for Franco Morbidelli, who had a lot of trouble yesterday; the Italian felt better today with his bike and he was able to put a good lap with fresh tyres.
Not a bad performance overall for Pol Espargaro and Takaaki Nakagami, who ended in 7th and 8th. The KTM and LCR Honda rider have been half of a second slower than the first time.
Danilo Petrucci is 9th and the first Ducati in the time sheet; the focus today was on race pace, that's why we have also Andrea Dovizioso far from the top, 15th.
