#AragonGP | Marc Marquez is unbeatable as Quartararo gave everything
Nothing could stop Marc Marquez’s dominance in Aragon with reigning World Champion who gets another pole position; Quartararo tried everything with a stunning last fast lap but had to give up and will start from 2nd.
As we saw in Moto3, also MotoGP’s Q1 was a busy one as long as we had riders like Alex Rins, Franco Morbidelli and Danilo Petrucci fighting for top 2. Over this three, Takaaki Nakagami as well tried to find a spot to qualify himself into Q2, with the Japanese who has been fast during the year and he showed this also in the first session of qualifying in Aragon.
Anyway, Rins was the main candidate to snatch a late access to Q2 but the Spaniard had to face many rivals on charge and he was surprisingly out of it; Franco Morbidelli and Andrea Iannone indeed took him out, with the Italian from Petronas who got the best time in 1.48.292, while Aprilia rider took benefit from compatriot’s slipstream to made a lap slower than just 38 thousandths of a second.
