Tony Arbolino seems to be the man to beat in Silverstone as long as the Italian is again the fastest rider on track after being the leader of the first session of free practice, with Snipers rider who is the only one able to go under the 2.12 riding in 2.11.844. A great session for Snipers Team with Romano Fenati just behind and almost two tenths of a second slower than his teammate.

Leopard rider Marcos Ramirez is the first guy who follows them thanks to a stunning last lap where he saved himself from Q1 going just 0.063s slower than Fenati, while Ramirez’s teammate Lorenzo Dalla Porta did not have the chance to defend his lap time due to a crash in the final stages of the session but still managed to end in 8th thanks to the lap he had yesterday.

Niccolò Antonelli finished in 4th ahead of John McPhee, with home hero who is followed by FP2 leader Albert Arenas, who did not improve his lap time from Friday and still had the opportunity to stay in top 14. Not too many problems for Aron Canet as well who crossed the line in 7th and seems to be ready for qualifying session, while Darryn Binder did not have his best free practice this morning but he is still in 9th with combined times.

Top 10 is closed by Tatsuki Suzuki, who is ahead of Sergio Garcia, who took benefit of Canet’s slipstream to get his fast lap, Andrea Migno, Ai Ogura and Jaume Masia, last rider in combined times who got the spot for the direct access to Q2. Nothing to do for Jeremy Alcoba and Stefano Nepa who hoped to get a spot and also for Celestino Vietti and Dennis Foggia who are struggling for the moment during the weekend.
