Maverick Vinales is back in business in Assen coming back to victory ahead of Marc Marquez and Fabio Quartararo! The Spaniard managed really well the race in which he fought a lot in the first stages and in the second part of the race started to attack taking the lead and then running away from his rivals! With 5 laps to go, the Spaniard started his escape run and created a good gap on Marc Marquez who could not do anything to stop him!

Reigning World Champion tried to close the gap and fight with Yamaha rider but at the end he had to let Maverick go. A good 2^nd place for Marquez who got a lot of points for the championship as long as Dovizioso ended behind him.

Last podium position was taken by poleman Fabio Quartararo, who led the race for a while but was victim of continuous shaking on the straight that did not let him express his full potential but the French guy was still able to bring another Yamaha in top 3. Petronas rider could not do anything to stop Maverick and Marc’s rhythm.

4^th place was a fight between the two Ducatis, with Andrea Dovizioso winning the battle against Danilo Petrucci, who was overtaken by Franco Morbidelli too in the end. Not the best day for the two Ducatis who had a big gap from race winner.

Alex Rins and Valentino Rossi’s day ended in the worse way possible, with both crashing out during the race; the Spaniard was leading the race in the first laps but crashed out ruining his winning chance, while the Italian fell down while he was trying to make a comeback involving Takaaki Nakagami too.
