Danilo Petrucci tops the combined times in FP3 and sets the fastest ever lap recorded around the Angel Nieto Jerez track.

As the session went on the track was starting to evolve and riders were putting in extremely fast times.

But it was Petrucci who put in a 1.36.957s to place his Mission Winnow Ducati on top of the time sheets.

Marc Marquez got his Repsol Honda into second place after leading most of the session.

Fabio Quartararo, on the Petronas Yamaha got up into third place and Andrea Dovizioso finished fourth overall.

Another rookie, Joan Mir, finished in fifth place and his teammate Alex Rins finished just behind in sixth on the Suzuki.

Then it is the two LCR Honda’s with Takaaki Nakagami in seventh and Cal Crutchlow in eighth despite a crash during the session.

Franco Morbidelli finished ninth and Jorge Lorenzo rounds out the top ten.

That top ten will go straight through to qualifying two.

Valentino Rossi just missed the cut in 11th place to get into Q2 and will have to go via Q1. Rossi’s teammate Maverick Vinales didn’t have much luck either as he finished 15th.

Jack Miller finished in 12th and behind him the two Espargaro brothers, Pol in 13th and Aleix in 14th.

Stefan Bradl, HRC test rider finished the session in 16th with Pecco Bagnaia in 17th.

Tito Rabat finished 18th ahead of Johann Zarco in 19th and Andrea Iannone finished 20th.

The top 20 were covered by less than a second.
