Marcel Schrotter wants to replicate the podium obtained three weeks ago, looking also for a victory.
The German has been the fastest rider on track after Warm Up, being the only rider under the 1.43, ahead of Tom Luthi and Sam Lowes.
The Swiss and the Briton are respectively 2nd and 3rd, just three tenths of a second slower than Schrotter.
4th place for Brad Binder, who comes before Remy Gardner; just 0.022s between them.
Alex Marquez is just behind, followed by Championship leader Lorenzo Baldassarri and Luca Marini.
Poleman Xavi Vierge ended in 9th, ahead of best rookie Nicolò Bulega.
