After a weekend off, on Valentine's Day it’s time to restart with the unveilings in a week full of presentations of the new cars for the 2022 season.

Following the disclosure of the new RB18, only through some renders, today at 12:00 (CET) sister team AlphaTauri launched the real AT03 during a live streaming named “The Style of a New Era” on YouTube.

A presentation soaked of technology, to represent the revolution of the new era of Formula 1, and style, which has once again united the culture of Italian fashion with the world of racing, with AlphaTauri that has long since decided to create a new path in fashion by blending textile technologies, decisive design, aspirational styles and high quality materials.

The team led by Franz Tost had already revealed a detail to the public a few days ago, showing the shape and the colors of the left rear view mirror of the new car, which will soon be in the hands of confirmed drivers Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda.

From the picture it was already possible to see the dark and opaque blue, that covers almost fully the car this year, that had characterized the AT02, which will be accompanied by white also this season, to complete the characteristic match of colors of the Faenza team.

A touch of class is represented by the detail on the aerodynamic profile placed above the rear-view mirror, which depicts the Italian flag, as a reminder that the team is Austrian-owned, but that the Italian roots are firm and strong.

Pierre Gasly 

"This year sees a huge change to the car as, due to the new regulations, the look and design is completely different, so the team has had to start from a clean sheet of paper. We won't know the true performance of the AT03 until we get it out on track at pre-season testing in Barcelona but so far, I think it looks great and I am very excited to get this new season started!"

Yuki Tsunoda

"It really does look great. Of course we've not seen the real car on track yet, but the new shape and design are really cool, and I think the livery suits it really well and I hope everyone enjoys the launch video."
