On days like this it is really difficult to stay positive. The two Ferrari’s single-seaters have shown that the car is still very fast from the top of the grid and it is still draggy and it seems to have difficulties in finding a good pace on the track.

At the end of the second round of practice today Charles Leclerc ended just at the last place of the top 10 meanwhile Sebastian Vettel had to settle for the 16^th place.

It seems quite obvious that these results are pretty much delusional but still the two Ferrari drivers are trying to keep a positive mindset and trust the process on their car. Let’s not forget, indeed, that there are some new updates coming earlier than expected. Could they be helpful to the Prancing Horse?

“Today it was an hard day for us of course- stated Charles Leclerc- and yet we keep on being trustworthy on the new updates. The car is having a great amount of problems, one of them is the high speed. On the other hand, we are expecting some aero news and tomorrow we could improve our race path. The weather will decide if we will be able to race for the qualifying or not.”

On the matter of the weather, Sebastian Vettel basically agrees with his teammate, as the German World Champion asserts that if tomorrow it will rain, Ferrari will have a good chance to qualify on two good positions.

“We had to do our homework today –Vettel stated – firstly we had to test out upgrades and now we will have to improve and find the window in which out single-seater works better. I think that many teams have anticipated their qualifying on today, worried that tomorrow it could be rainy. Let’s wait and see”.
