The Prancing Horse is ready to stretch its legs
The Cavallino squad is ready to tackle the Mugello circuit for the first test after the lockdown.
After the first 'marketing' appearance on the streets of Maranello and Fiorano touching all the vital places of the team, now it's time for the "serious business" even for Ferrari.
This is our favourite alarm clock ⏰

Standing to Motorsport.com the original plan was to test in Fiorano the SF71-H of 2018 season; but consequently to the rumours that Mugello has never been closer to host the second Italian venue for 2020 season, the Gestione Sportiva decided to undertake the day at the Tuscany's owned facility, with Vettel and Leclerc will sharing the car.
Moreover the conformation of Mugello hills and accelerations are very similar to the ones of the Austrian and Styrian Grand Prixes: a good benchmark to evaluate a possible rough set-up for the first two races at the Red Bull Ring.
Ferrari will add its name to the list of teams that tested old cars before the resume of the season, with Mercedes and Renault; only Racing Point has given a go to the current machinery at Silverstone.
