Williams announce Jack Aitken as their reserve driver for 2020
Williams also confirmed that he will be taking part in an FP1 session during the year ahead.
After announcing he would be leaving his role at Renault yesterday, Jack Aitken was today confirmed as the reserve driver at ROKiT Williams Racing for the 2020 season.
The 24-year-old finished 2nd in the GP3 Championship in 2017 and has scored four wins in his two seasons in Formula 2 across 2018 and 2019. He finished 5th in the standings last year after coming 11th in his maiden season in the series.
