It is time to back in business as long as MotoGP Summer break is over and riders restarted their journey in Brno, with Moto3 riders being the first one to had the chance to ride again their bikes. They did not have too much time to find feeling back as long as everyone had to go fast due to rain predicted for Saturday.

The fastest guy in the first session of free practice was Jaume Masia, with the Spaniard able to ride in 2.08.615, only 2 thousandths of a second faster than Gabriel Rodrigo, who had the opportunity to jump on top during his last attempt in which he had three record sectors but ended just behind Bester Capital Dubai rider.

Behind them we have John McPhee, 3rd with just two tenths of a second of gap, followed by Ai Ogura and Andrea Migno, who looks well after tough weekends. Marcos Ramirez ended in 6th, last rider under 2.09, while Romano Fenati is the first one over that threshold. Albert Arenas follows them ahead of home hero Jakub Kornfeil for just 0.001s, with Darryn Binder closing top 10.

Last 4 spots for Q2 are actually taken by Aron Canet, championship leader Lorenzo Dalla Porta, with Leopard rider who struggled a bit in the first part of the session due to a problem on his bike that forced him to stay in the box for a while; 13th place for Tony Arbolino and 14th for Tatsuki Suzuki.
